Deep In The Heart Of Texas

Actually, quite a bit south of the heart. Far enough south to be called the big toe of Texas maybe... Any further south, and you'll find Mexico. That's where Phil & I now reside. After loading our moving van most of Tuesday afternoon (June 15th), we were on the road by 9PM, and heading to Brownsville, Texas.

We traveled through Arizona into Nevada, through Las Vegas, into California briefly, then back into Arizona, through Phoenix, into New Mexico, and arrived in Texas around 6PM on Wednesday the 16th.

Just to give you an idea of how big Texas is - that was only right around halfway to our destination!

It was after 6:00 Thursday before we finally arrived in Brownsville - a very long 45 hours!
